Joint Commissioning

Children’s Trust joint commissioning is about finding the most effective and efficient way of using all the available resources to improve outcomes – the right services, in the right place, at the right time, for the right children and young people.

A joint commissioning strategy framework has been developed to facilitate effective joint commissioning across the Children’s Trust and to ensure a consistent and coherent approach.
